find some motivation and learn absolutely basic things like basic methods, data types, etc.
The tasks should be checked and filtered with moderation, and such "comedians" should be just banned.

as i can see from the solutions, this kata is not kyu 7, at least for JS, its a difficult task, I estimate kyu 6.

It is not true, in random tests the array contains string of the same length.
