Fact is, the author didn't pick the rating at all, it is voted on by the community. Now, you are 3kyu, so there is no excuse for you not knowing that. I therefore request you be filtered by moderation, such arrogance should just be banned. Not cool. Not impressive.

sqrt returns a float type. And you are asking if a float number is_int.
