One of my go-to one-liners at the start of functions is

console.log(`functionName(${JSON.stringify(Array.prototype.slice.call(arguments)).slice(1,-1)})`);

It's a recursive one-liner, and there is no need to stretch the definition of one-liner for that.

There are exceedingly few such one-liners that really are harder than 7kyu.
