    I'm sorry, you've lost me -- the first index is the number whose multiples is replaced by Fizz, the second index is the number whose multiples are replaced by Buzz. Is there some way I can make that clearer?

    1 shows the "percent loss by month" cannot change at month 0: it happens at the "end" of ...

    The tests are the same in all languages and 1545 guys passed the kata...
    It depends where you put your line about the 'Percent loss by month".
    Look at other solutions.
    I don't see any issue in that.
