Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
Fixed.

The function and argument names should be in snake_case.
Duplicate issue.
It does.
The expected behavior for floats is not specified at all.
the implementation doesn't match the logic behind the story: one needs to
round
the result while it should beceil

I am utterly mystified too. I cannot make sense of the description.
The explanation for this kata was pretty confusing. I was utterly mystified until I finally understood what you were saying; then the actual coding was easy.
